IOD is lead by John Curtis, Ph.D., President & Founding Partner. Dr. Curtis is a senior consultant, researcher, organizational development specialist, business trainer and professor. His experience spans 38 years and involves providing a wide array of consulting services to organizations nationwide. In addition, he teaches for Rollins College in Florida and Duke University in North Carolina and Virginia.

The IOD team has a proven track record in bringing sound organizational principles and innovative leadership practices to hundreds of organizations. IOD has lead over 125 strategic planning initiatives, conducted over 75 organizational inventories, has completed over 18 community assessments, and provided hundreds of hours of human relationship skills training.
