Moderation/Facilitation

John Curtis, President of IOD, is an accomplished moderator and facilitator. His understanding of human behavior, group dynamics and organizational development enable him to balance the interests of various, diverse constituents in a group setting. He is an expert in facilitating the interaction among participants, promoting cooperation, encouraging constructive dialogue, expediting problem solving, and providing overall direction as needed in a wide variety of settings.
